About returns and cancellations
We are afraid that, due to the nature of the product(s), we do not take any cancellation after a purchase is complete. Should you have any concerns, please contact our store by phone or email before placing an order.
About returns
We rigorously inspect our products before shipping. However, in case of “wrong product”, “wrong quantity”, “defect (initial defect), ” etc, please contact us within 2 days after the recipt of such product.
*Due to the nature of internet shopping, the actual colors of PCs/smartphone/display may be different from their actual appearance based on their settings/specifications.
*A warranty for authenticity does not come with our products

Due to the nature of our products, we are afraid we do not accept the return of the following products:
  • More than 3 days passed after your products arrived
  • Products that have been used
  • Products have been customized/resized by the customer
  • Products with missing parts that come with them at the time of the purchase
  • Products that have been scratched/damaged at your end
  • Other Customer reason(s) (preference differences in product colors/sizes/images)
About refunds
When a refund is incurred due to product return, etc., we will issue a refund once the product is back at our company.
  • To avoid trouble we will refund the payment back to a bank account under a purchaser’s name.
  • The refunded amount shall be the product price(s) (tax included) only.
  • Fees incurred to you at the time of the purchase is not the subject of refund.
  • We will cover the transfer fee for the refund
  • In case of using a credit card, it will be refunded through a credit card company.
    (Depending on the credit company, it will be charged and refunded on the following month)
Applying for a Full Money-Back Guarantee
The full money-back guarantee is only available to first-time customers. (One time per family)
This system will be applied within 30 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Please contact in advance when returning the product.
* If you wish to return the product, it is a condition of application that you have at least one time left. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
* We will send you a questionnaire by fax or e-mail after contacting us if you would like to return the product.
